Some studies have shown that a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar can negate the effects of white rice on glucose levels in the blood stream. Cinnamon has shown to be affective in the reduction of glucose when one to six grams are consumed daily. Excessive glucose levels in the blood stream have proven to be a directly correlated with diabetics.
